TravelSIM - Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  1. A money back guarantee will be approved upon satisfaction of the following conditions:
    1. TravelSIM receiving a request for a refund from the customer within 90 days of activating the TravelSIM SIM.
    2. Provision of receipt of purchase or proof of purchase documentation to TravelSIM upon request;
    3. Confirmation by TravelSIM that at least one phone call was made or received using the TravelSIM service from any country excluding:
      1. All phone calls made or received from Australia;
      2. All phone calls made or received whilst the TravelSIM service is located within Australia; and
      3. All SMS text messages and data calls.
    4. Confirmation by TravelSIM that the customer did not save money using the TravelSIM service within five (5) business days of receiving a request for a refund.
      1. TravelSIM will calculate the amount of money saved or expended by the customer by comparing the cost of using the TravelSIM service with the advertised rates of Telstra, Optus and Vodafone at the date and time each phone call was made by the customer;
      2. Comparison rates will be limited to the advertised rates of Telstra, Optus and Vodafone only; and
      3. Any phone calls made and received from Australia will be excluded from the calculations.
    5. If the conditions referred to in Clause 1 above are satisfied, TravelSIM will refund the full purchase cost of the TravelSIM SIM excluding:
      1. The cost of making and receiving any phone calls using the TravelSIM service or a competitor’s service; and
      2. The cost of making and receiving any SMS text messages and data calls using the TravelSIM service or a competitor’s service.
    6. If the terms and conditions set out herein are satisfied, all refunds will be paid to the customer by cheque within fifteen (15) days of completion of the savings analysis by TravelSIM in accordance with Clause 1.4 above.
